Kruz is a platform for discovering and sharing car meets, connecting with car communities, and building crew profiles. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Upload content you don't own or have rights to
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
3. User Content
When you post meets, photos, or other content on Kruz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for it.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
4. Meet Safety
Kruz is a discovery platform. We do not organize, endorse, or take responsibility for any car meets posted on our platform. Attendance at any meet is entirely at your own risk. Always comply with local laws and regulations.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kruz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, attendance at meets, or interactions with other users.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kruz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
